Drat I wrote the wrong word so if doesn't make sence then perhaps the instruction book is upside down which explains why the chairs are so painful to sit on (although it's very hard to fall off, so there is a silver lining). I got someone to turn it around for me, and then I read that if you clap your hands three time the wicked witch of the west dies because she forgot her compass and had accidentally walked east into Barking and/or Dagenham, neither of which are particularly good places to end up.
