For a lighter taste, I use sweetner instead of sugar. I also squirt a bit of lemon juice in it as well. It makes it taste kinda like rhubard & custard. Tangy, sour with a creamyness. Swishing it around in my mouth like tasting vino, all tastebuds come alive! Paired up with a good ostrich paté, smothered with blue yak cheese, topped with a raw quail egg, and voilà, la perfection totale :)
