The fight for ergonomic correctness
had stopped many a crossed leg, but
oddly I never saw anyone with a circled or a squared one. Why that should be I really don't know. These legs were often hidden under big billowing
skirts- secret features like
the one handed tin opener which appears in the undercarage and a very small liver and onion pasty
;a conneseur of fine delicacies, and headcheese to garnish the platter.
