Frankfurt. The president of the European Central Bank, Jean-Claude Trichet, suggested on Thursday that the
price of petrol
was very expensive. It was 5 dolalrs a gallon.
That's a shorthand way of saying 5 dollars is a doolalley amount of scratch to pay for guzzline - although we don't have it as hard as those poor feckers in the UK who are paying upwards of £1.20 per *litre*. Anyway, I didn't come here to
find the answer to the meaning of life but I damn well expected a little
piece of bootay to go 'badongadonks.'
